Site Services Restores Two School Parking Lots in Valparaiso

When Porter County schools in Valparaiso, IN needed an asphalt update this summer, they called Site Services.

We recently completed two major commercial paving projects for elementary schools in our area.

Central Elementary Gets an A+ in Asphalt!

First, we provided a complete asphalt restoration for Central Elementary, including milling, base repair, paving, crack sealing, sealcoating, and parking lot striping. The Erie Street parking lot was completely replaced, covering over 1,400 square yards.

The Franklin Street lot received a comprehensive asphalt maintenance treatment, including crack sealing and parking lot striping, for a total of 8,000 square feet.

We used 150 lbs of rubber and 300 gallons of sealer to ensure a smooth, protected surface.

Heavilin Elementary Parking Lot Gets Seal of Approval!

Next, we tackled the massive 110,000 square foot parking lot at Heavilin Elementary in Valparaiso, using nearly 2,700 lbs of crackseal and over 3,000 gallons of sealer to ensure a smooth, protected surface.

Fresh striping finished the job, creating a safe and organized parking area.
