New Parking Lot Installation
Starting from scratch? We specialize in installing new parking lots designed for durability and functionality:
- Install, grade, and compact a new stone base (8” – 12” thickness, depending on design requirements).
- Lay two layers of hot-mixed asphalt: a 2.5” binder layer for strength and a 1.5” surface layer for a smooth finish.
- Customize depths to meet your specific project’s plan design.
From grading to final paving, we ensure your new parking lot is ready to perform for years to come.
Asphalt Milling & Resurfacing
Resurfacing your lot starts with precise asphalt milling. We remove 1-2 inches of the existing pavement to create a clean and level surface. Next, we:
- Sweep and clean the remaining pavement to remove debris that could hinder bonding.
- Apply a liquid asphalt emulsion (tack coat) to ensure proper adhesion.
- Pave and compact new hot-mixed asphalt to your specified thickness (typically 1.5” – 2”).
This cost-effective method rejuvenates the surface, extending the life of your parking lot while maintaining its strength and durability.
Parking Lot Replacement
For lots with extensive base issues, a full replacement may be necessary. Our process includes
- Milling off the existing asphalt down to the stone base.
- Grading and vibratory compacting the stone base to improve drainage and stability.
- Paving two layers of hot-mixed asphalt: a durable binder layer and a smooth surface layer (4” – 6” total thickness depending on traffic loads).
This method ensures a long-lasting, structurally sound parking lot built to handle your traffic demands.
